Goldenrise will process each order within 48 hours and the time of shipment is determined by product availability. Standard shipping usually takes 4-8 business days. Notes: Weights per order over 15 lbs are not applied on above table. Please contact us for shipping fees before placing orders. Thank you for your attention.
RETURN POLICY Customers may return any un-opened product in its original package for a 50% refund within 15 days upon the delivery of product. There is no refund after 15 days and shipping charges. Goldenrise reserves the right to refuse refunds if there is any evidence of tempering with the products, frauds or abuse of our return policy. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping charges. Please include your name, address, daytime phone number and reason for return along with your product. TAX Sales tax is charged only on orders within California. California State Law requires that we charge 8.25% sales tax on orders.
